Texas Premier Coat Resurfacing Reviews

We contacted Bret with Texas Premier Coat and asked that he come to our home to give us an estimate for our pea gravel patio, brick porch and cement walkway. Bret came out within a couple of days and we were impressed by his product and cost. Contract was signed and work started within a few days. The crew, headed by Alberto, was better than excellent. They made suggestions when asked and listened to what we wanted done. I wish all construction crews were as easy to work with...The job took 2 days total and the end product looks fantastic! I highly recommend Texas Premier Coat Resurfacing to anyone.

Bret and his team were wonderful to work with out of the gate and I would recommend them 10 out of 10 times. We had major weather delays in November and December but that didn't stop him from continuously keeping us in the loop on scheduling of the work. In a nutshell, we are ecstatic about the end product and it truly transformed our "curb appeal"...Moreover, when I see neighbors now, each one makes a point to tell us how impressed they are with our home. I'm big on customer service, as it is highly important in my line of work so when someone stands out, i really want to take the time to acknowledge them. Choosing Texas Premier Coat to refinish our pool deck was one of the best decisions we've made. We couldn't even imagine that our pool deck could look THIS good! We had thee other companies bidding for the job, but Bret came across as the most trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable and professional, not to mention the fact that he offered the best product for a VERY reasonable price.

Alberto, who worked on our deck, was simply amazing. He is truly an artist as mentioned by another reviewer here - he is meticulous and pays a lot of attention to details. Alberto's work ethic is one of the best we have seen. He spent a lot of time helping us achieve the optimal deck color which suited both our house and our taste, and would not stop trying out different colors until we were 100% satisfied. Once the job was completed, everything was left neat and clean - which definitely scored bonus points with us.

In the nutshell, Bret and his team stood by every promise they've made, done a fantastic job which exceeded all of our expectations, and completed the project on time.

We contacted Brett to do a repair and recolor on our cracking and fading patio. The original work was done by another company several years ago, but over time our concrete had more cracking and the color was fading. They were able to carve out additional “grout lines”, touch up the color, reseal (using a heavier and longer lasting sealer) and once again, our patio looks natural and beautiful. Brett really strives to make his customers happy and he was very quick to respond to any questions. Alberto and his crew are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about their product. I highly recommend Brett’s company and wouldn’t hesitate to do business with him again.

After hiring two separate companies to stain our driveway, we’d just about given up on a solid resolution that was durable, slip proof, yet also aesthetically attractive.
With a rather steep grade to our driveway, I knew it was a challenge and I was hesitant to trust one more round of promises. Bret reviewed our project, felt confident they had a solution, and laid out pricing and procedures. While it all seemed a little too easy, we decided to take the plunge and certainly glad we did. The crew spent a great deal of time matching the color of the stone on our house, and making sure the driveway matched in both color and shape. The attention to detail is amazing, from the driveway, to the walkways, to the front porch, it looks seamless, and the feedback we get on it has been amazing. They really seem to take a lot of pride in their work, and it shows. Wet or dry, it looks great, without pooling or water residue issues we've had with normal stain.
Just as impressive, the service continues to be excellent after the fact, making sure we are happy and taking care of any touch up or clean up issues promptly. We will certainly refer Texas Premier Coat to all of our new home clients.

Highly recommend! Our once-plain-concrete veranda is now, in a word, SPECTACULAR. Alberto is a true artisan. I had a very specific vision, and he made it come to life. Being a perfectionist, it's hard to trust other people to meet my high standards. I am so glad we chose Texas Premier Coat, because they, too, have high standards. Alberto made sure I was completely happy with the mockup before he began transforming our concrete. Not only that, but he is very polite and extremely efficient!
